Not a huge gym but it had everything I needed for weight training. Never busy, 24-hr access. Very reasonable price. Tim knew my name after the first visit! He was willing to work with me and let me pay weekly during my 3-week winter break.

Visiting my daughter from out of town needed to find a gym. Found this place on line. Set up a training session with Tm French. All I can say is “EXCELLENT “ very welcoming!!! Highly recommended
