“Barbells is different from both big and smaller facilities. You get a key to the front door so you can work out on your time schedule. I have health issues that have prevented my visits to Barbells. It has a nice assembly of free weights to go along with machines. I hope to return in a week or two.”

Tim is one of the most knowledgeable, motivating, and professional owners and trainers I’ve met in my 30+ years of lifting. The gym is welcoming to all members and feels more like a family every time I walk through the doors. Gym etiquette is something other gyms lack but at HA the members always go out of their way to allow others to work in with them and you do not see anyone camping out on equipment. I would recommend HA to anyone from beginners to old heads like myself that have been around gyms for decades.”
