Isn’t this called stealing? Today is August 15, but the tracking stopped on Aug 8? So the only thing I’m told by employees there is to file a claim. Fire EVERYBODY and give UPS and FedEx the federal contract! Theres another reviewer here having the same problem. Is this a Elgin, SC issue? Somebody stealing federal packages…

Made a passport appointment for 1:00. Post office was closed for lunch until 2:30. Why allow me to make an appointment when y'all are closed for a long lunch?

My packages tend to disappear once they reach the Elgin Facility. They sit there for a couple days without being delivered. Then they tend to get sent to other facilities without having a time stamp in my tracking. Looks extremely shady. Then I’m told all I can do is file a claim

Slow to deliver and have lost packages. Also, today while the mailboxes were still open on Woodcreek Farms Rd location, delivery driver let someone in front of me get their stuff but not me. Disparate treatment.

07/30/25, I had a passport appointment today for my 5 yr old at 8:30 am what is the point of the appointment if they had us out there for 45 min. Because when I booked the appointment it request to be 15 min prior to the appointment time. Doors were locked. They opened the door until 9am. Then Mrs. Genovia took like 30 min to make copies of BC, and ID's and took my son's picture however she want, my son wasn't even looking at the camera and she didn't even bother to do sometimg to get his attention to face the camera at all, he is 5yo of course he can be distracted easily 🙄 . She had an attitude. This post office always have something going on sometimes they are CLOSED during working hours.

No one answers the phone called for an hour straight I need my mail lazy mail delivery drivers don't knock on the door for a signature when required and keep people's government mail from them very unprofessional

Everytime I come to try to use my local post office it’s always an issue!! Well today they can’t find the keys to the post office door. Also they can’t ship anything because they have no access to the key I assume for the money draw. They had no solution. So moving forward if you want to ship just go to another location or UPS . I usually don’t write post but every time this location drops the ball with something . The lady was nice that was explaining everything but overall the location is sloppy.

We recently moved and unfortunately, the previous owners put a hold on the address. I made a complaint to USPS about missing packages and mail that said delivered. Within hours, Abby called and let me know that my packages and mail were at the post office. It was after-hours, and she offered to stay later for us to come and pick our stuff up. Super friendly and professional, thank you Abby!

Another lost package…
Package said it was delivered in my mailbox and package never showed up. This package is important considering it is my eye glasses. Went up there twice and still have no answers as to where my package is. Told me that I needed to report a claim for lost or stolen. Such a joke!
