Horrible I arrived on time sat out on the street for 1 and half hours then sat another hour before I got a door, then it took 5 hours to unloaded me.

I can’t give them 0 start. Appointment 8:00 am, check in 7:40, got a door 10:20 am, unloaded 1:40 pm, it’s 3:00 pm still waiting for paperwork. The worst place to make delivery.

Avoid this place at all cost. No one takes their job seriously around here. I don’t care what your appointment time is, plan for a 5 hour wait. I’ll never come back here and I live in Charleston.

U need to have a appointment that far a fact security guy was ok but the rest no good my appointment was 8 am I arrive at 7:16 am got a door at 8:45 I started unloading at 11:20am to 1:00 pm lumper at 1:20 and leave at 2:00 bad place very bad

Worst place for delivery.Unloaded more then 4 hours., waiting to call to get the paperwork.Late for the next pickup.early 1 hour

I have read everything, all the reviews. I arrived with the hope that everything would go well and in order. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time, which was 8 am. The receiving woman is a disgusting person, not because of how inept she is but because of the horrible attitude she has. After they gave me the door, they sent me the message from Capstone to make the lumper payment, and I realized that they only unloaded two pallets that belonged to a single PO but brought two different POs. In my luck, she misplaced the other order. Then she so blatantly told me that it was my fault when she was the one who didn't note that I had two different orders. That was around 11 am. Still, at 2 pm, I'm waiting for them to unload the rest of the load. Apparently, I'll be here all day, hopefully not all night, too. This place is horrible.

Worst place ever. Checked in at 730a for an 8a appt. Got assigned a door at 930. Didn't get unloaded until after 4pm. Ask to speak to a supervisor or manager several times. All i was told was I'll get them. Waited 30 min. No one ever showed up.

I read the horror stories about this place and maybe I just got lucky! Security check in did take a little longer than most but wasn't bad. I arrived 45 minutes early for a 6 pm appointment was assigned a door, backed in and checked in at capstone for unloading. I was pulling out security at 7:45 which I didn't think was bad at all! everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. I didn't give five stars because it is a little challenging backing in with fire hydrants about 60-70 feet apart all down the loading docks! Some drivers were having trouble with them. I've been to other Food Lion DC's and experienced these there too but they weren't as close to the docks. I just marvel at how so many places seem to put unnecessary obstacles in the way to challenge a drivers skills!
