Elloree Post Office carrier left 3 packages on steps instead of inside on porch. Packages are now soaked from the rain and one was full of water.

The staff is always polite and friendly when I need to go into the post office for errands. When I set up a P.O. Box, they went above and beyond to ensure it was clean and functional for me to use. Despite having tons of deliveries during the holiday season, the mail carrier always smiles and waves if I see them in my neighborhood.

Horrible post office. Consistently doesn’t deliver packages, lies or steals them because they go missing, are delivered to wrong mailboxes, not delivered at all and told “attempted”. It’s ridiculous. And when you go to the actual post office, the staff have no idea where your mail is. Weeks have gone by before with NO MAIL delivered, including bills. Please just get people their mail or quit! It’s insane.

I received a registered letter notice in the mail on 9-3 I go in on the following Friday to pick up they lost my registered letter then on 9-10 suppose to have a package showing it was delivered I waited the next day still nothing .stating out for delivery and then delivery but no package .. elloree usps has gone to crap that's just two I have other missing mail as well birthday cards and what not

It was great until the last 4 months! Packages not being delivered when they’re supposed to! I was supposed to get a package today and it said the mailbox was full, but nothing was in my mailbox. The package is big and needed to be dropped off at my door, but they won’t do that half the time! No notice left at all! Amazon notified me!

The office is better over time. We as customer seems to post the bad things but when the employees of the USPS go above and beyond no one wants to write about that. This office is doing much better

The worst post office ever. Consistently missing mail & packages or misdelivered mail. Brought these issues in person to the PO repeatedly & was basically blown off. Lots of excuses. They don't care! Get a PO Box from a neighboring PO, you'll be much happier & you'll get your mail!! Disgraceful & should be shut down.

Terrible experience! They did not act like they wanted to wait on you. The lady at the counter was totally rude. I went to Santee instead.
