This might be the best piece of fried chicken in Florence. They have roasted potato wedges that are like deep-fried chunks of baked potato. They are crunchy on the outside and like mashed potatoes on the inside. Great with ketchup. I love their hot sauce in the little cup, that is absolutely delicious.
