“I commend Mrs.Dee on her efforts to clean this place up .it was impossible to get in touch with any manager before she started working here. When I had concerns,my calls would go unanswered and my concerns were never addressed.There isn’t a time I’ve called and Mrs.Dee didn’t answer,thanks to her!! understanding that she can only do a minimum amount on her end.Thanks for all your help!”
