Nikki was absolutely fabulous. I was adding my 2 phone lines to your AT&T service and was having issues in getting disconnected from the old service. She completely stuck with it until she got it resolved.She is definitely an asset to your AT&T team.Thank you NikkiFrank Monte

After visiting the 2nd loop store twice for assistance with no resulosution and 3 very frustrating and annoying calls to different "help" desk numbers it took Rafael all of 2 minutes to get me into my account and my question answered. Thank you Rafael!!!

Insurance was added to my account without consent or approval. Shady sales business to add things without customer knowledge. Last I checked a sales representative provides insight and offers solutions to sell an item or service. Not just tack on for the sake of metrics.ALSO device was never signed for. The representative signed for it. Not me. Clear violations of At&t Policy

I had THE BEST experience in this store!! Essie White and her fellow employees were BEYOND helpful and kind! They went above and beyond to help us with the best plan for the best deal as well as making sure that our family was comfortable and happy by distracting our little ones with some cartoons while we conducted our business. I will not use any other AT&T store! These ladies deserve a raise for the outstanding service we received!

Very disappointing customer service. The first employee that helped me was somewhat helpful but when he asked a coworker for assistance, I was not greeted by her and even acknowledged. She had a rotten attitude from the start and never directly answered any of my questions. I left with barely any of the issues I came in for resolved. I’ve been a customer of AT&T for a very long time even when they were Cingular and don’t appreciate this. Oh well I hear that Verizon, T mobile and Mint are looking for new customers

I normally go to 2nd loop and I stick to what I know. Kevon is normally go to. Nikki wnd Essy helped me out and I appreciate it. My apple was acting up and they set it right. I'll be back.

Essie was my representative. I’ve been meaning to write this review a month ago. I’m giving 2 stars because I didn’t have to wait and she started to help me right away. Usually I go in and the wait time is crazy long. Things took a turn when she kept offering products and I politely declined. Then she took it upon her self to ASSume I wanted a certain amount of space by her looking at my phones capacity vs my available space. Like how you know I didn’t recently dump my phone to add space. Then the topping on the cake is when she without my permission added a service that she didn’t talk about let a long ask was I interested in that shot my bill up. I’m just saying if she is your representative make sure you look at your bill to make sure she didn’t add an extra service you didn’t know about.

Chase Allison is awesome! This is the second time I have frantically needed help with my phone. In February he assisted me with fixing my husband’s phone. He patiently listened to me and then fixed what I had messed up. Today he again patiently helped me with a phone update that would not process.He is what customer service is all about kind, courteous and knowledgeable. If you do rewards he definitely deserves one!
