“I have been banking here for more than 20 years. I have always been extremely pleased. The debit card has been very disappointing lately. My card is routinely declined with sufficient funds because of security holds placed on the card due to regular transactions like Netflix and other Payments that have a long history of coming out of the account every month. It is very embarrasing. I love this bank, but they desparately need a new card provider.”

“I couldn't ask for a better Bank to fit my needs their security is strict their staff is so helpful and friendly once you get to know this Bank you'll never want to go to another bank they will work work with you to get through any tough issues you have and the security is so great even online I have no issues they're respectful . They are fair their fees are not outrageous it's only $25 to open an account and it is certainly not a waste of money I refer this bank to anyone. However they do not do temporary bank cards you have to order yours in the mail. They offer loans insurance in all sorts of deals credit cards of different various types they do have overdraft fees but they're different programs you can sign up for they now offer a banking account for students in school and their fees are a little bit lower there's different programs you can also sign in to help repair your credit or better your credit. Best Bank Ever to cash a check their charge is only $6 if you do not have an account some places are higher so they are fair on all their fees replacement bank cards and debit cards are $5 each they also have a new app for online banking they're very understandable. They are friendly”

“I visited and was truly impressed with the tellers as well as the office personnel, esp Mr Daniel Eubanks, Sr Financial Services Rep. The tellers were working on what appeared to be a group training and acknowledged that they'd be with us shortly. There were about 6 customers in line. After about 5 minutes, the tellers returned to their perspective work area and called for the customers. They were so professional, polite, and prompt. I received the help needed and wanted for a personal banker. Mr Daniel Eubanks is a super focused, full of knowledge and fun guy. He is definitely in the right line of work - public relations and service. I absolutely love this financial institution for its great staff and services offered.
