This store needs help. Stood around for over 30 min with product in my hands trying to check out. No checkout lanes open, no assistance in any department, one person at customer service with 10 people in line. Put everything back and left with no plans to ever return. Your forcing me and everyone else to shop amazon.

The store didn’t really have anything we were looking for. We did find the screen protectors we wanted. Everything else we had to order online. They did put the screen protectors on for free and they came with a life time warranty.

I bought a washer and dryer all in one unit for 2,900. It was suppose to be delivered today. Best buy waited until 2:30 pm to call and say there was no driver today. And they couldn't deliver it until 2/14/2024. I cancelled the order and requested a refund. This is terrible. Customer service and you should have clearly called me at 9 am when the driver didn't show up for work. U have got my last dollar best buy.

If I could give zero stars, I would!!My wife went to go buy a very nice gift for me For my birthday and was unable to get any help. She waited for a very long time and even asked for help and was told help would come and then it didn’t come for 15 minutes. then when someone finally came over, They took care of another customer who had just walked up instead. We have spent thousands of dollars at this store but the lack of customer service and laziness is just beyond ridiculous! She walked out of the store, empty-handed and very upset. We will be taking our business elsewhere.!

We were looking at soundbars and subwoofers, and an associate/ salesman named Colton was extremely helpful! I'd recommend talking to him if you're interested in home theatre and such.

WORST STORE EVER AS WELL AS THE CALL CENTER!! I would have given Best Buy store ZERO stars if that was an option. I made a purchase on Christmas Eve and called in on January 4th about an exchange/return. The representative, who of course is not in store because you cannot call them directly, assured me I had a 60 day replacement warranty. He advised me to visit the store and they would help. I went back to the location I made the purchase, where they refused to replace my items. I was told to it's passed 30 days and the representative gave me wrong information. They said he didn't even add notes, only I wanted a call back. Why would I need a call back if I spoke to someone? I even gave the his name and detailed information. I stated he said the calls are recorded. I called back to the Best Buy and they could not understand why the store wouldn't help. I was told to call Samsung (manufacturer) because it had a one year warranty. I called Samsung and once again I was told the Best Buy representative lied. I called Best Buy back and after being disconnected three times with no call backs; I spoke to guy who said they would not cover the replacement. The only thing he could offer was for me to use "their" Geek Squad and pay for the repairs out of pocket. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! NOTHING BUT LIES!!!
