“Recently I rented a truck from Enterprise to take a trip out of the country to visit family in the city. Unfortunately the visit was to attend a funeral in MD. When given lemons make lemonade, so we decided to go on to NYC for a one day makeover for my sister to make her day. When I got to Enterprise to pick up the SUV I reserved I was given a choice of vehicles 4 to be exact. The customer service team was great. I had Tom, we narrowed it down to two trucks (I had lots of stuff to carry for the makeover, and luggage) so I chose the 2023 Toyota Trunda. I am a 65 year old mother and grandma. When I tell you of the shock on Tom’s face it was so funny, and he said “I didn’t see that coming.” The Tundra was beautiful (that’s grandma speaking) it was clean, roomy, and a very smooth ride. I absolutely loved it so much I wanted to buy one, and then I came to my senses and returned it to Enterprise clean with gasoline. The experience was amazing! I would totally recommend Enterprise Car rental!! Thanks guys at Enterprise!!!Ps: My sister absolutely loved the makeover!”

“This was the second time we rented a car from here. This is one of two locations on Florence SC. They have a number for you to call if you have a reservation outside their open window. When I called, the customer service representative offered to come pick me up and drive me to the other location. She altered my agreement to match their open window because the online reservation system does not have their current hours updated for that particular location. The representative was very professional and made sure we were happy with our rental. We will definitely use them in the future.”

“This place is full of nice people. I called earlier in the day and said I was running behind to pick my car up. The man said no problem but the SUV that I requested hasn't returned yet and instead they will supply me with a mini van. I said that was fine and started to head that way. I got a call almost have way there and he told me that an SUV was ready for me to use. That is excellent customer service. I ended up getting a dodge darango and the car was clean with no issues at all. The whole trip in the vehicle was nice and easy. We got there and back safely. check out was easy as well, they checked the car for any issues and told me that everything is good. Awesome car rental experience! I will use them again for all my long distance trips from now on. Excellent work everyone ?”
