“This was the second time we rented a car from here. This is one of two locations on Florence SC. They have a number for you to call if you have a reservation outside their open window. When I called, the customer service representative offered to come pick me up and drive me to the other location. She altered my agreement to match their open window because the online reservation system does not have their current hours updated for that particular location. The representative was very professional and made sure we were happy with our rental. We will definitely use them in the future.”

“I had the rental for 6 days, got an amazing rate…but the rental was slightly damaged (like something hot was thrown on the side and melted the panel, scrapes, and a few more minor things-I was surprised it was still in the rotation)! But even with those minor hiccups, I still would rent from BUDGET again!
