Dr Atwood was recommended to me for my 13 year old Australian shepherd. Patches is my heart and best friend. He is very healthy but was experiencing some thyroid issues. I drove 70 miles for a horrible experience. Dr Atwood took a total of about 3 minutes in the room. Kept her back to me and would not stop talking and rushing through everything. I brought some supplements that I have Patches on that I wanted to ask her about but she wouldn't look at them and said she didn't believe in that. I expressed to the vet tech that I had more questions for Dr Atwood but she answered me through the tech and never came back to the exam room.The next person I saw was some one asking me to pay $409!I was able to get bloodwork done at least. Dr Atwood has a horrible bedside manner. She acts like it's all about the money and couldn't care less about my sweet Patches.I should have known better when at 10am in the morning we were the only car in the parking lot!!Terrible care and very expensive!

One of the ladies at the front desk could've been nicer when I called because the Google address took me to the old location & they could've been friendlier when I entered because they set the tone, which obviously wasn't the best. However the vet tech (the first lady who came in the room & checked his temperature) & vet made up for it. The vet tech was SUPER friendly & informative which I love because I'm def a question asker. She spent time with us & was very helpful & I truly appreciate that so much!!!

My experience was great, my baby needed laser therapy and I went in and felt like i was at home everyone was so nice and they had me and my dogs best interest in mind they helped me lower my bill and even went ahead and scheduled her out. Would definitely and have recommended this vet to others

This is the best vet in Florence in my opinion. They not only care about the animals but also the owners. They really made me feel valued and took such great care of my sweet Arthur. They were extremely sympathetic and comforting throughout the entire euthanasia process. They vets and staff truly love the animals they see and handle them with great care. I will always be grateful for this veterinary office.

The way Blue just willingly went with your tech, didn't even hesitate, says a lot to me. He generally doesn't like ppl other than his humans, and you were amazing with him.!. Thank you very much!

$170 later, my dog had a couple fleas. Not a fan of open wallet. Plus they weren't overly friendly. I won't be going back.
