As a subcontractor we sometimes request the assistance of supply houses such as City Electric. I was taken back when Reid answered my call, not only was he very pleasant and polite he then referred me to Kevin who would be able to assist with my request.Unfortunately the call was disconnected and Reid called me back! THIS JUST DOES NOT HAPPEN! He apologized and then transferred my call to Kevin.Kevin and his team not only were able to assist me, but did so politely and professional!I would highly recommend City Electric!!!!Thank you gentlemen.

Been here twice for our compressor. Both times there has been a problem when I get here. First time, the man told me what time to be there and I travel 45 minutes to get there and he isn't there. Finally get someone to call him and he gives them over the phone instructions on what to do. $400.00 later, I'm on my way. The second time I go, I called the day before and talked to Corey, he told me to be there in the morning. He told me they open at 7 but he won't be there till 8. He told me over the phone he knows exactly what to do to the part to fix it. I get there at 8 on the dot, and the man there tells me that Corey is half way to Columbia. I asked him to call him and he refused because he said he is "on the road". He asked me for my name and info to give to him when ever he gets back in and I told him to forget about it. I gave him all that the day before. So that is another 45 minute one way trip wasted. As a business owner, my time is money. I wont be going back here. Its a waste of energy.
