“I’ve been banking here for 5 years give or take; I’ve never had any issues at all with this location or any employee. They’ve gone above and beyond on multiple occasions with my requests. Always make me feel comfortable; although when they’re busy it may come off as rude to some as I see in these reviews. They’re humans just like me, they absolutely do what they can; at least for me they do. I love this place and I plan on staying here for years to come. The new girl behind the counter and the drive thru at the Florence location is just awesome. I like the feel & atmosphere of this credit union much more than that of the bigger banks. I went in for a small loan and was in and out in 20 minutes. What else could you ask for?! Thanks!!!”

My card is routinely declined with sufficient funds because of security holds placed on the card due to regular transactions like Netflix and other Payments that have a long history of coming out of the account every month. It is very embarrasing. I love this bank, but they desparately need a new card provider.”
