First off the restroom is disgusting and smells really bad and they don't stand behind what they sell, even if you open the product in front of them at the point of purchase to show defective product. I would understand if I ordered the product from the manufacturer website, I would expect to send it back to the company. However when I buy from a local business, I should be able to return it there with a receipt or if it's clearly defective at the point of purchase, the Indian store owner should simply swop it out for a non defective product. Instead of being very rude and in front of other customers. Instead of lowering myself to his level I chose to walk away and never buy gas or anything from this store again. I wouldn't suggest anyone shop here because eventually when there is an issue you will either take a loss or go to jail for handling it the way it should be done.
