CVS on 2nd loop and cashua is the worst pharmacy. They have changed their hours, won't answer the phone, and the drive thru is closed. I will transfer my prescriptions to Walgreens today and pray they are better than CVS. I honestly don't see how Walgreens can be worst than CVS....its not possible that any pharmacy can be worst than CVS.

I' always go two cvs 2 loop road i' ask there is a restroom here they say is out of service why you don't have a restroom you have farmacy tell you workers don't laying people there are not kind at all

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE FOR A PRESCRIPTION! They started filing one of my two prescriptions for strep throat but didn't finish it. Instead they went home. So now I'm at another CVS and they say they can't fill the prescriptions because they left in the status of "in process". So I hope whoever did TOTAL DISREGARD of the customer has a great night. I WILL NEVER step food in their door again and suggest you do the same.

If I could zero stars, I would. This pharmacy is disfunctional, not enough help because of poor work environment. Pharmacy staff that hasn't quit is apathetic, demeaning, condescending, and unpleasant to all the customers.

I don't even know what the app is for. I placed an order a few weeks ago for my meds. Went to pick them up 2 days later come to find out they didn't even start on it.

They will not answer the phone and leave you on hold when you try to get help from someone in supervision. Pharmacy wait time to answer a simple phone call is over 30 minutes. Unacceptable.

Not even worth 1 star! Horrible customer service. It’s pathetic to have to go through an automated phone service to just be put on hold constantly. So glad I made the switch to The Pharmacy!!! CVS you are awful!!!

Pharmacist area is horrible ! I dropped my prescription off at 1:00 today told me to come back in 2 hrs ! I told them I’ll be back at 5 when I get off .. ended up getting here at 6:10 waited in a 10 minute line got to the lady and she said it hasent been filled yet that it will take 20 minutes ridiculous!!!!

The pharmacist was nice and welcoming. We went in for booster shots. We were in and I it quickly. The bathroom was disgusting. The toilet had brown smeared all over it. No clue what it was, pigment or feces.

Don't even bother using this location. Even if you have to drive to the next town, don't even waste your time. Here is an example of the kind of service that you'll receive at this location:-Go to doctor on Wednesday, get prescription. Get a text about your prescription from CVS asking you to call the pharmacy. Call pharmacy, stay on hold for 30 mins only to be told that they have no idea why you are calling. Go to CVS to pick up medicine, and be told that 2 of your medications have to be ordered and they will be there tomorrow. Go to pharmacy on Thursday and be told that your medications will have to be ordered and will definitely be there on Friday after 2 pm. Call pharmacy at 4 pm on Friday and be told that your medications will have to be ordered and will be there by Monday.I just want my medicine, I don't want to have to plan my weekly schedule around when I'm going to pick the medicine up. You would think a multi-billion dollar industry that requires its leaders to complete 8 years of college would be more efficient than a McDonald's drive-thru. I only rated one star because I can't rate it zero stars.
