Went to pick up a couple of prescriptions for my wife. When I got there, they had one ready. I made a comment that I thought she had two ready and was abruptly told one. They did not double check the system so I went and asked my wife about it. She in fact was supposed to have two ready until 4/24, but they returned one back to stock at least three days early! We were trying to avoid ha ing to go up there multiple times in a row. Now my wife has to ask for the medicine to be refilled again and hope they have it in stock because now she is completely out of that medicine. They need to do better. The text alerts even said we had until this Thursday to pick them up!

For many years, Always greeted warmly by Mr. Rush when he is working the front. Five stars for front workers. Only use the pharmacy because it is close by.

We moved our medications from this pharmacy to another because of the rudeness of one particular pharmacist. I had to encounter her again today for a question about some over the counter medication and as always, she was rude and dismissive again. I have sent numerous emails about her to corporate but her attitude has not changed one bit. I strongly DO NOT recommend using the pharmacy at this store.

They are slow and rude some of us people need are medicine when a doctor calls it in the place was empty no customers I asked if I could wait there saying an hour and a half what the hell is wrong with CVS they really suck

This don't make any sense all other CVS are open on the weekends, but this one is closed. We need our meds on the weekend to. What are we supposed to do when our scripts fall on the weekends and we have to wait til Monday. This is a serious problem. I ran out of one of my meds and I wound up in the hospital and went cold turkey for 4 days. The hospital gave me 2 Tylenol that didn't even take the edge off of my pain.CVS pharmacy is a joke. I've been a loyal customer since 2005.

Stood in a very long line just to be told there was an issue with my insurance. Had to go to the consultation line; no issue was found . The pharmacist just entered in the prescription incorrectly! Now I’m back in the same long line and finally got my medicine . Pharmacist was really rude and not apologetic to the error that she made. Service overall horrible ! I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone .

Absolutely horrible I can't stress enough HORRIBLE. I've been holding and currently holding on the phone for 3 hours. No answer. This place is frustrating. And evidently lazy. Customer service doesn't exist. This location either needs new management or to be closed down. Going in person and taking pictures of what these busy employees are doing and then going to proceed further. I thought I was having a bad day but other reviews also state you cannot get anyone on the phone. I'm going to write corporate after I go take pictures of what they're overly worked employees must be doing to not be able to answer the phone. Why even have a phone number

Not sure what happened, but about 4 or 5 months ago this pharmacy location went to hell and doesn't seem to be getting any better. Extremely rude staff...young girl, new, rolls her eyes at customers in line and huffs if you ask her a general question about a prescription. Called the other day twice and was on hold for two hours the first time and 3 hours the second, and nobody EVER answered the phone. I have had issues with wait times getting my prescriptions filled the last few months here. One time I went into the store near closing...they had my prescription ready but still had to count it. She said "I don't have my setup and will have to do it tomorrow." This was a much needed medication too...This is a shame because I've been a loyal customer for years at this location. I ended up moving all of medications to Hope Health pharmacy today. Called them and they IMMEDIATELY answered the phone and were extremely courteous, unlike this place. Mrs. Terry please come back. This place has gone to the absolute pits of hell without you!

I went in to get my daughter's meds. The woman who was ringing me up was very sweet however, the pharmacist was very rude, not only to me and my daughter but to the other customers as well! I understand that she does a lot with her job title, but how about treat everyone the way you would want them to treat you.

This CVS has some serious problems with waiting times and filling prescriptions. My doctor called last week twice to confirm that my prescription was ready and available. However, when I checked the CVS app after those days, the prescription wasn't ready. I called the CVS store and was placed on hold for 45 minutes until I had to hang up and call the 1-800 CVS customer service line. After speaking with only 5 minutes with the representative she called the local pharmacy and apparently was able to get through within 2 minutes and return to the call and let me know the prescription would be ready within 2 hours. The wait times are bad but the staff is very friendly, especially those who are not working in the pharmacy.

They dnt answer the phone and every time I go there the prescription is never ready. Dr called my son prescription in on Thursday it's Monday and still dnt have it. Sorry as pharmacy. But they are always on time to take their break
