I am a physician from Virginia Beach, Virginia. Tiffany, the pharmacist at the CVS, went above and beyond today to help a patient in dire need after a car accident where he lost his wife and all of his medications. I love Tiffany Gerald as a Pharmacist because she is top notch. She has passion for her job and has great communication skills. She speaks fluently using her words and she's very professional when it comes to taking care of her patients. I never witness a Pharmacist until I met Tiffany Gerald that loves the job the way she does. The community finally has someone that really cares and will make sure you're 100% comfortable when you speak with her. Thank you for your dedication and sharing your love to the community.

The new pharmacist Tiffany is AMAZING. She utilized actively listening skills and engaged well during our discussion about my medications. She was very thorough. Tiffany displayed excellent communication and human relation skills. She and the staff that were present this evening ROCKS !
P.S. Her picture is not yet up on the wall therefore I had to look at her name tag to ensure I gave the correct pharmacist a shout out ! :-)

I will definitely be finding another pharmacy! I have always felt this was the best CVS in Florence. That view has changed. Today such a different experience. Mrs Shanon is definitely missed. Her smile and genuine customer service. I requested a prescription twice around 12 today via the mobile app. I just spent all of 30 minutes for them to fill it. I was told they were backed up from yesterday. Staff were rude and not very personal. No personality and poor customer service. Do better CVS!

When Shannon and her staff left recently, fast, efficient and friendly service left with her. I was promised a simple refill today when I called early this morning. There was no refill, no update, and no one picked up the phone when I called and waited 20 minutes near the end of the day. Absolutely unacceptable. Maybe it’s time to find another pharmacy.

I love this Pharmacy. Everyone is so nice, especially Shan. She is such a hard-working, dedicated pharmacist & REALLY cares about customer satisfaction. I get a controlled substance that has been hard to locate recently & she makes me feel very comfortable calling to check the status verses when she's not there & another pharmacist is there, they make me feel awkward even though I explain background info & they can see my refill history.
