This pharmacy often doesn't have simple medications, is late filling prescriptions and bills prescription incorrectly. They never answer the phone, so trying to cancel an order to go to another pharmacy is a huge hassle.

The team member I dealt with today Kristina at the cvc on 3306 west palmetto, she helped me in a timely manner. She was polite and answered any questions I had without any attitude. Thank you Kristina! I’m only leaving a 4 star because of her. I didn’t do 5 because of all the other things she has no control over.

this is genuinely the worst pharmacy i’ve ever dealt with. i have an upper respiratory infection and need antibiotics so i had them sent to the cvs closest to my house. worst mistake ever. it took 2 days for them to process and then on the day they’re finally “ready”, the pharmacy doesn’t even open so im just getting more and more sick

Every experience I have here is worse then the last. I wish I could rate negative stars. My script spent 2 days in process and when I tried to call I was left on hold for an hour and they still never answered. Then I went to the store and had to pitch a fit, I was then told it would be ready in 45min. So I ran some errands and went back in 45min and to my surprise (not really) it still wasn’t ready. So after being told that they are short staffed and 4 days behind on filling scripts, which I made a point to tell her that it’s not my problem and people need their meds. I finally got my medication filled. I have absolutely nothing good or positive to say about CVS pharmacy!!!!

The worst. I use this one since it is close to my house. Time to change to new one. No customer service. Never connected by phone. Maybe not enough employee.

Rude, inefficient, and unprofessional. First, I had a prescription sent in from my doctor that I needed for nausea and not only did they not fill the RX, but I waited two days for the medicine. I called to see why it wasn't ready and they informed me they were out of the medicine and had to order it. I asked why they didn't call me to tell me they didn't have the medicine, and after the lady huffed at me on the phone she said we don't call people, the calls are automated. I asked if she could tell me the number they "automated the call to" so she gave me the last four digits. I explained these were not the digits of my phone number and she said "oh well". All this disgusting attitude after holding for over 30 minutes to talk to an individual. This is not the only incident with CVS, but one of the most recent. They are always slow, rude, condescending, and act as if you're bothering them. My husband tried to drop off a RX with them and they were rude noting it wasn't time to refill the medicine and they couldn't hold the RX. I believe it is worth mentioning that they filled the RX incorrectly in the first place and not as the doctor ordered it. However it does no good to point it out or complain as they would never admit to being wrong nor take the time to listen or verify any information. I could go on and on with other questionable transactions and incidents here, but I won't. All these instances shows horrible or no management and terrible employees. Stay away from this place at all cost and transfer your RX to any location but this place. They've received the last dollar from me for vitamins and bandages as well as the last dollar from my insurance company. I've switched mine elsewhere as of now.

This pharmacy is the worst!!!! The rudeness is real!!! The pharmacist was very rude when asking for an ID when dropping off a prescription to be filled. It was unbecoming of a professional pharmacist. I reported the incident to the CVS store manager, but he showed no immediate action to resolve the problem on the rude pharmacist. I felt very disrespected & uncomfortable about giving my business to this CVS Pharmacy. I rather travel to the CVS across town. Something needs to be done about the attitude of the rude pharmacist. Wish I've writing down her name so everybody would know who she is. I will go back there get her name to let everybody know who she is.
