I arrived at CVS for an emergency for my child having an ear infection. We got to the door at 9:45pm, all signs said they close at 10. I knocked on the door and the employees would not let me in because they were “closed”. Obviously these employees were too lazy to wait a few more minutes to start closing.

I went into the pharmacy with only one person in line. I waited in the vaccine check in area. They took care of the lady , then another man, then another lady in line at the checkout line and so on. I waited patiently. They saw me standing in the vaccine check in line.
They never said hello, can I help you or acknowledged that I was there.
I walked out and will never use them again. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened at cvs. I made the review today for those that wanted clarity on this location.

Don't go here for medications if you can. Had a medication dosage increase and it took 4 week to get it in even though it's the same medication. By the time I was ready I was switched to a different one by my Dr. Calls take forever to go through, staff walks away when trying to ask a question. Even if the app says your meds are ready expect to have to wait longer or be disappointed when they tell you they aren't or are actually out of stock.

The store itself was clean and orderly. However, I was coupon shopping and didn’t go to the pharmacy or interact with any employees (used self checkout).

Went in there today there were two gentleman in there one was a Pastor such a nice guy he looked like Steve Harvey he had his picture with me which I absolutely treasure since I love Steve Harvey! The cashier was awesome very pleasant the other gentleman was a treasure as well! The world needs more people like these three I had the pleasure of meeting today!

Everything behind the counter is always in disarray - bags of rx all over the floor and tops of counters. It seems as though the pharmacy staff really does not care about the quality of their service nor the appearance of their pharmacy. Honestly - it gives me some concern about the accuracy of the orders being filled. Hours for the drive thru are a moving target. I'm not sure what is going on here, but I think we will migrate to another pharmacy.

Went to cvs 2 days in a row and they told me they never received a prescription for me. Got my prescription filled at a different pharmacy and then was notified my prescription was filler three days later at cvs.

The drive through pharmacy is always closed for no other reason than they do not want to deal with the hassle. The employees are always rude and the pharmacy has the worst service that I have ever received in Florence.
