Dollar Tree has varying experiences from store to store. The deals and sales are not the same, and the merchandise differs greatly. Some stores have helpful staff, like a great manager who assists with items and bags. However, other stores are messy with empty shelves and boxes everywhere. The cashiers can be nice, but checkout problems and disorganization are common issues. Prices have changed, and the variety of items has improved, but the overall experience can be frustrating due to the unorganized and dirty environment.
DG is very inconsistent. From store to store the deals and sales are not the same and the extreme variation of merchandise from store to store is confusing at best. I have been treated like a queen at Dollar General and also l have had the worst customer experience I've ever had at Dollar General.

Went in yesterday to grab a few things, and I am so impressed How helpful and and just all-around great the manager was she help me find items I needed even help me with my bags dollar tree y’all need more like her in every store. Hope your truly appreciate her.
