THIS IS FOR MY SISTER RACHEL,FRANKIE YOU BIG BACK NASTY SO CALLED SHIFT LEADER.If I could give NO STARS I would. FRANKIE nasty greasy headed ZERO professionalism had the nerve to tell a PAYING CUSTOMER … MY SISTER that she would only remake her coffee “to make her happy”. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND anyone to this location as long as Franklin the turtle works there. She is RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. She made my sister cry because of how UNPROFESSIONAL she was/is. It ain’t nobody’s fault she has to make coffee for a living & gotta go home smelling like coffee grounds everyday. & got the nerve to get nasty with my mom on the phone about it. You big wide back log truck heffer.

the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to . I had an encounter with Frankie and it was HORRIBLE she should not be working in customer service because her attitude is unbelievably rude ! she made my whole day horrible I was in line earlier today and she made me feel like I was less of a human if she didn’t wanna clock in SHE SHOJLD STAY AT HOME

My cousin Rachel came through the drive thru around 9AM and was mistreated very badly by the shift leader Frankie… this ended with my cousin driving off crying all the way home from how they talked about her with her to hear very clearly. This is a very unprofessional shift leader and should be dealt with accordingly because she’s got the worst attitude. TRUST AND BELIEVE that this woman got an attitude with Rachel’s mom when she tried to call about the issue. Fix that RBF queen?

Let me start out by saying the morning shift employees today were incredibly rude talking trash about customers because they messed up the order. Also the shift manger Frankie needs to fix her attitude when talking to customers and she calls herself a manger talking like that very unprofessional if you ask me!

I WOULD HAVE LEFT "ZERO" STARS IF THIS DIDNT REQUIRE ME TO LEAVE AT LEAST ONE! I SENT MY DAUGHTER RACHEL UP THERE FOR MY ORDER AND SHE OVERHEARD FRANKIE (THE SHIFT MANAGER) ALONG WITH ALL OF THE OTHER STAFF MEMBERS TALKING TRASH ABOUT HER SAYING "WE'LL REMAKE IT JUST TO MAKE HER FEEL BETTER" FRANKIE SAID THAT ALL OF THE OTHER MANAGERS WERE GONE ON A TRIP AND THEY WILL BE BACK NEXT WEEK SO SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE I COULD TALK TO WHEN I CALLED. SHE TOLD ME THAT MY CHILD HAD NO REASON TO COME HOME CRYING FOR WHAT THEY SAID. SHE WAS VERY RUDE TALKING OVER ME WHEN I WAS EXPRESSING MY FRUSTRATION ABOUT MY DAUGHTER CRYING FROM WHAT SHE OVERHEARD THEM SAYING. I ASKED FOR A TELEPHONE NUMBER TO CORPORATE AND SHE SAID "YOU CAN CALL THIS NUMBER AND I WOULD HAVE TO GO ONLINE TO FIND A NUMBER TO HEAD QUARTERS" SHE ALSO SAID "WELL I AINT ABOUT TO ARGUE WITH YOU CAUSE YOUR DAUGHTER HAD NO REASON TO CRY" I WILL NEVER SEND MY CHILD TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN! I WILL ALSO NOT BE BACK OR SENDING ANYBODY ELSE THERE! DUNKIN DONUTS ON LUCAS STREET IS THE WORST LOCATION IN FLORENCE! AND I SURE WOULDNT ADVISE ANYONE TO SPEAK TO FRANKIE THE SHIFT MANAGER!

The shift manager “Frankie” is impeccably rude and has no customer service whatsoever. I will not be returning to this location ever again due to the employees talking rudely about customers.

I had coffee through the drive thru. But as always I get the hot or iced caramel swirl latte and it's always great .Vegetarian options: Well if you just don't eat meat,I think you would be ok here. If you don't use any products that have a mother,it's probably a bit more difficult. Maybe an orange juice or coffee and a bagel or hash browns. I don't think you would go hungry by any means.

I absolutely loveeeee the service at dunkin! The people there are so amazing. I visit so much that the employees know my usual, which makes me feel cared about as a customer. In fact the shift manager Frankie is so amazing at her job. She always goes above and beyond to fulfill customer satisfaction. Frankie is very professional and proficient at her job. Out of all the dunkin’ donut restaurants I’ve been to, I highly recommend this location.

I loveeeee the service at dunkin! The people there are so amazing!! The shift manager Frankie is so amazing at her job, makes me feel listened to when my coffee is messed up, very friendly.The staff is very friendly and helpful Highly recommend going!

The attitude I received while trying to get food here was simply unacceptable. This girl Frankie…I mean where do I start. First of all Frankie was throwing a whole temper tantrum because I wanted donuts and she had to put them in a bag herself. Second, when I tried to pay with cash she yelled at me because SHE didn’t know how to count. Then she tried to secretly keep my change and when I called her out for it she threw my change on the floor in front of me. On the food side of things I think Frankie crushed my donut and when I got my bagel it was burnt black and looked like someone stepped on it. I am thinking about taking legal action and I would stay away from this place no matter what. Unless you’re a therapist. In that case please go help that girl.

Will never go back! Frankie was an absolute jerk and should not hold the place she does at this establishment. She needs to work on her attitude problems and I highly suggest she thinks about her personality before showing up to work. So unprofessional!
