My mom sent a phone out of here and they removed it aka stole it and weighted the empty box . When the box got to return center it was empty . Know it was stolen at receiving center in Florence because of weight they scaled it at was less weight then the phone alone . She is not only person that has had a phone stolen here don't drop phone off here

Worst customer service ever. My package sat in this center for two days! Called customer service several times and every time I received a different answer. Fed Ex could not locate my package. It is two days late.

I have a package to be delivered to me in Long South Carolina since November 1 they say they deliver it it is the fourth and I haven't seen one package yet. Today is a beautiful day and they say there's a weather delay with my package there must be sun in the driver's eyes, I will never have a package shipped to me by FedEx again worst ever

Employee stole my new phone from my package, doctored the security tape, and left an empty package. And FedEx has done nothing to fix it and apparently expects me to just eat the $1300.

The worst company to deliver any packages. I had far too many bad experiences with fed ex. They only hire Asian people for customer service and they are awful when it comes to compassion about why you are complaining about not receiving your package. Also fed ex drivers lie that they attempt to deliver a package when they didn't. I HATE FED EX DELIVERY!!!!!

We had printed off the shipping label and were just going to drop the package off when the clerk noticed the UPC code hadn't printed correctly. Thank goodness they caught it or it would still be sitting on the floor in a Dollar General.

First of all, they should provide a terminal direct phone number, not an 800 number that forces us to talk that STUPID automated voice! NO ONE WHO IS SEEKING CUSTOMER SERVICE WANTS TO TALK TO THAT! Get me a rep! At the terminal I'm calling! I wish we were able to leave a less-than-1 star rating!

My wife ordered a package to be delivered. Last tracking was out for delivery out of the Florence, SC hub. Driver said it was delivered and signed for but the shipper used the wrong address and put our USPS box at the resort we live in. No way it could be delivered to that location. This is the 4th package they have lost or sent to the wrong place. Sounds like they might have a theft problem at this hub in my opinion. FEDEX will do nothing to help us in this problem. I see this is not the only review like this from this location.
