I'm getting so many compliments on my latest hair cut that I had to leave a review. After a few years of going here, I have never had a bad cut and the stylists are always friendly and helpful. I believe Miss Carla did my latest cut. I also wanted to give a special mention to Lisa who I saw last. When she protested that I was tipping too much on a bang trim I had to explain to her that it was because she had done such a good job when I brought my husband to see her a few months before he died, and it still looked so nice at his service which meant a lot to me. I was a little hesitant to tell her because I didn't want to bring her down but I'm so glad I did because she could not have been sweeter about it. She teared up and said she remembered him. When I showed her pictures of him that she asked to see, she noticed all kind of things about him, like how much he loved animals. It was such a nice experience and it really speaks to how the stylists at this salon care about their customers.

You know the haircut you get from Great clips totally depends on the barber that's tending to you. But Great clips gets five stars from me because they have an app that I can check in online and I don't have to make appointments.

It's so hit and miss with them. This one can follow instructions, this one just does whatever the hell she wants. I went in with a full head of hair, gave my instructions and they were immediately ignored. I now have a military hair cut, which is NOT the hair I normally have, and I've got to live with it. It's going to take year for it to grow back. Just a quick "snip" with the scissors and it was too late. No help but to make the rest of the cut match whatever was in her head. It's happened too many times there. I'm going somewhere else a year from now, when I need a haircut again.

Stylist: The two stylist that took care of my husband and mom were fantastic. We asked about a certain service and was told that they could only do part of it, which was fine. After back surgery and stuff she is limited as to what she can do. As we were walking in the door one of the stylists closer to the back of the store was rude and loud talking about if she is put on me I'm not doing it. She went on for several minutes in front of other customers. It was really frustrating especially letting her hear everything to upset her. These are paying customers, and you should have more respect than to trash talk them and act that way. Needless to say, I will NEVER take her back there. If my husband chooses to go back, that's up to him.

Ok I did not get a service here BUT I was outside this building this morning carrying a heavy box while my toddler was walking behind me throwing a tantrum, I dropped the box and everything fell out & one of the Great Clips employees came out and helped tape up the box & gave my son a lollipop!! I was about to cry before she appeared and helped me, I wish I knew her name, but Great Clips you have an angel of an employee representing you & im totally going to bring my boys here in the future!

This place messed up my hair so badly. Then, I came back to have it fixed by someone else, which helped slightly. The girl who cut my hair the first time was rude when I returned. Rolled her eyes when I showed her the problems and ran her mouth. I will not trust this place for my family's hair again.
