This place messed up my hair so badly. Then, I came back to have it fixed by someone else, which helped slightly. The girl who cut my hair the first time was rude when I returned. Rolled her eyes when I showed her the problems and ran her mouth. I will not trust this place for my family's hair again.

The barber I had was rude and I asked her not to shave my sideburns but she did anyway. She didn't even cut my hair straight.

Miss Lisa,did a really awesome job on my hair,I didn't know she worked there at great clips,we go way back,when she had her daddy's, barbershop,my husband also got his hair done,by someone else, she also, did an awesome job as well.

We checked in on the app, which is always a time saver. There was a 16 minute wait and we were across town. When we arrived, the wait had gone down and we were 2nd in line. As we sat and waited, I watched a few things. One of the stylists, who actually cut my son's hair, had ear buds in her ears and answered a phone call. I thought this was extremely unprofessional. I don't think anyone in a service industry should have ear buds in because as a patron, I feel that I do not have your complete attention. Second, she continued to cut the customer's hair and I would be concerned that she wasn't fully paying attention and could make a mistake. I was hesitant to allow her to cut my son's hair, but I saw the 2 posted signs that stated customers could not request a stylist. I think the main reason patrons can't requests stylists is because there is such a high turnover rate.The other stylist I was observing was a gentleman wearing a hat. I know it may be old school, but gentlemen should not wear hats in the building. Plus, he seemed as if he didn't want to be there. It wasn't as if he was rude or anything. He just wasn't really pleasant or nice. He was nondescript or blah.We continue to go back because my son thinks the hair cuts are okay. He is not too picky. Plus the price isn't overly expensive. I myself do not get my hair cut here as I am picky. There is probably a reason that his dad usually takes him to get hair cuts. Hmmm...

I came in to get a shampoo, cut and style. She was rude from the start and didn’t want to do anything I asked. When I asked her to blow dry she then listen out all the prices told me how expensive it was and that she didn’t have a flat iron when every place I’ve been too straightens your hair with a roller brush and a hair dryer. She was nasty and I will never be going back again.Service: Haircut

When a recurring customer gets the same cut everytime he comes. He expects to get that cut. Its in the notes a one on the sides and back do not cut the top. She asked do you want the sides and back blended in. No I want the sides and back cut with a number one guard do not touch the top. Well she didn't listen at all. While not cutting the sides the way I asked. She ended up taking some off the top because she didn't move top put the way while cutting the sides. I drive 45mins to get here to use them. I won't be making that mistake anymore going to take my business elsewhere.Service: Haircut

I’ve been going to Great Clips since they came to Florence. Went in today and checked in online. When I walked in I was asked if I checked in online. I replied yes, gave them my name and was told to take a seat. After sitting for several minutes listening to the workers complain about the owner a young man walked in and was asked the same questions I was asked. He sat a couple of minutes and was called back. I then realized they were so busy talking about the owner and gossiping, they never checked me in. I was over it at this point with how unprofessional they were being, I got up and walked out. Time to find someone else to do a simple haircut.Service: Haircut
