I purchased what was supposed to an ignition key for a Harbor Freight engine. I ordered on the telephone and was assisted by someone in their order department. What I received was something that looked like a drill bit. When I called customer service I was told there was a no return policy on this item even though the packaging slip inside the package provided the telephone number to call for a return authorization. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY since you may get stuck with something you didn’t want.

When you don't want to pay full price for your tools I would definitely recommend them they have off brands but they work great and if it should break out of warranty the price you're paying for a new one still does not equal what they want for the real deal

Been a customer for years, purchased a new pressure washer that did not work. Tried to return, manager was going to charge $50 restocking fee for a pressure washer that didn’t work. Told the manager that I’m a inside track member that my company and I spend a ton of money there and He responded personally he didn’t care if I spent a dollar or a million dollars there and didn’t care if I came back, guess who will never get another dollar from me and I will tell everyone I see not to do business there.

Mr. Walter and Keith always make you feel welcome and are always willing to help no matter how busy they are at the time. The store is kept clean, well stocked, and well organized. I go as often as the wife will let me!
