“I have to say hands down this is one of the best Residence Inn I have ever stayed in!I stay on Marriott properties exclusively and as of recently over the last year to year and half I have noticed that the quality, cleanliness, service and customer service across the board has severely declined across the board at many many properties, but NOT at this one.I stayed here 2/16-2/17 that was my second time staying here I had stayed here back in Nov 2023 and both times the property, the service the people all above average.My room both times smelled cleaned was clean. The staff friendly above and beyond, the all seemed eager to please and took pride in their jobs.This property has both hot and cold breakfast included in the stay as do many of the Marriott properties. Most of the properties I refuse to eat the food because it just looks and smells bad as well as he breakfast area usually look gross, but not at this location...The food was wonderful, fresh flavorful. The hot was hot and the cold was cold. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked . All beverage machines where in working order and filled. The coffee was hot and just perfect.I did not catch the name of the wonderful woman who checked me in but I did get the name of the wonderful woman who checked me out. Her name was Kim and she was suer friendly,I will be back many more times.”

“My Husband and I had a wonderful two night stay at this hotel over the weekend. Our room was clean, stocked well with necessities, comfortable and quiet. The Continental breakfast was good both days. There was renovation happening on the 5th floor, but it was barely noticeable as we were staying on the 1st floor. They operated during appropriate hours of the day as well. We enjoyed utilizing the pool and jacuzzi during our stay. The Staff were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. This is our second time staying with this hotel. We will surely be back again!Rooms: Our room was a King Suite. The bed was comfortable. The room has a large TV, two night stands, microwave, fridge, large work table and a walk in shower.Nearby activities: There are plenty of activities within 10-20 minutes of driving.Safety: The hotel is very safe. All side doors require key card access for entrance.Walkability: There are several businesses within walking distance of the hotel.Food & drinks: The hotel itself offers food and drinks for purchase as well as the free continental breakfast. There are also restaurants within walking distance of the hotel as well.”

“The lady who checked us in was super sweet. I wish I could remember her name. If she reads this, we were the mother & daughter that came in on Tuesday night. I went in to see if there were any available rooms and then my mom came in to check us in. When she came in, the lady said "hello mother" to her. If you're reading this, thank you for being so sweet and amazing!!! The room was pretty big. We stayed in a queen Deluxe room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room temperature was controlled by a wall thermostat which was awesome. I was able to set heat and cool at the same time to a specific temperature which made our room perfect. The room had a bath tub, not just a shower. The lady we passed in the hall on the way out cleaning the rooms was also very nice. They have a small indoor pool that goes from 3-4.5 feet and a hot tub. Our stay was absolutely wonderful.”

“Recently did the 95 drive with my family. At 2 in the morning we were exhausted and needed to rest. We got turned away at 5 different hotels in the area until Rock at Best Western said there was a room available. What a relief! We were pleasantly surprised at the accommodations. Very comfortable and clean with fresh COFFEE and food in the lobby in the morning. There is also a Cracker Barrel conveniently located just outside the parking lot. The lot was well lit and we felt very safe. Our only complaint was the price. The room rate was high for the night even though we checked in at 3am and checked out by 9am. Now, we happily paid because my husband, baby, and I were completely wiped from driving but we were shocked at the price of the room especially because we were only there for a few hours. They do a AAA discount though! Thank you again!”

“I normally do not stay in Holiday Inns because they have inconsistient quality but this one is very dfferent. Safe area, convienient to moderate priced restaurants. The hotel is modern fresh and clean, soft comfortable bed and no-pet policy (Im sorry but I dont not like sleeping in a bed which has had dogs in it). The shower has very good water pressure and the bath has just enough space.The hotel-breakfast was above average for the class..”

I had to have an extended stay and besides a hiccup at the beginning, that was rectified very quickly, this was a perfect stay.Every single worker was friendly and helpful. “We only stayed for 2-3 hours, checked out @ 0000 for starting our driving(to avoid Virginia day traffic on our way to Fl). What we didn't like that. Normally Laquinta (i have visited) has Hot cofee, 24×7, but they didn’t have. I asked if can get hot water for tea..said none. Most food places closed, wherever we thought to have for our family, just no luck, until 0600. Thanks for reading.Food & drinks: Didn’t meet expectations.”

“For it to be independently owned, its a perfectly fine place to stay when you dont have the money for a 5 star hotel..Rooms are clean.. Carpets were clean, no stains or tears.. Sheets were clean, checked for bugs per previous reviews and there were NONE... No bedbugs, no roaches... Staff was extremely polite & helpful... Bathrooms are small, and showerhead is real low (anyone over 6ft i def would not recommend, lol) but for the price, and compared to others nearby, literally maybe 2-3 blocks up and across road ? (1 star is a compliment to them)For the area its located, I honestly recommend Tree Top over any of the others at this exit...”

Definitely felt a "make sure your car is locked in the middle of carrying luggage in" kind of place, but that's not really the hotel's fault. The staff was good, guests were pleasant, and the room was nice enough. Walls were pretty thin so we could hear our loud neighbors TV and music pretty late.”

“We paid about $70 and got a Clean bed, Clean shower, and comfortable beds. For 3 people. The staff were friendly and the owner was nice too. It was perfect for the price and it was so nice we stayed twice. They were very accommodating brought us extra towels and blankets and our problems were met with immediate action. They are in the middle of a remodel hope it goes well for them”

“Our stay was October 2023 and the hotel did not match the pics online. If you compare this hotel to an extended stay hotel, then it was decent. However, moldy walls, white stained chairs, filthy carpets, dirty tubs, broken lights, glitchy TV, broken elevator etc. are unacceptable. Outside of the accommodations, we also had to deal with poor customer service. Perry P., the front desk clerk was very rude. He did not greet guests. He acted as though someone made him come in for work. He was also preoccupied with work in his personal computer. I had to go back to the front desk after finding out elevator didn’t work to get an operating key card. Perry P. was very rude and during that exchange. I still thanked him and he didn’t reply. I asked if he was ok and he fanned his hands at me like a puppy. I told him that he was rude, he then said go away before he calls the police. This hotel is apart of Wyndham Rewards. If they are ok with places like this, then I want no part of their rewards program.Rooms: The room was not appealing, dirty, moldy and unclean. I wiped everything down with Lysol wipes and thank God I did. It was filthy. Never again!”

Also the location was very convenient for travelers. Easy access to a good park (for our daughter), and easy to get to restaurants and the highway. The breakfast was delicious and pretty high quality for a hotel, and it was included, which is rare now post-Covid. The beds were comfortable and the TV's were good too. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who needs more than one room with doors that close!”
