There was a customer service person seated directly as enter lobby. She answers questions and directs in right direction. This is first bank I've encountered this type position and it was truly an amazing idea. She helped me get my problem resolved quickly without waiting on banker or teller. Customer service is top notch at this location. Smaller bank w two tellers, one banker at peak business time.”
