I went by on my lunch break and received prompt and friendly, service from knowledgeable technicians. I was able to sit in my car and get things done while getting my oil change so I knocked out 2 birds with one stone. I will be visiting again this .....going forward will be my go to place.

Jiffy Lube on Irby on Florence is my go to spot. They are timely and the customer service is great. The guys who have serviced my Honda and Subaru are knowledgeable about the different cars and noticed things I knew I needed-like wipers and reminded me that the Subaru tire change would be all 4 at once. I trust these guys and will return.

Awesome staff, great service. Professional and knowledgeable. The manager, Dominic, patiently explained additional issues with the car. No pressure. I will definitely be back for them to keep my car running. (Irby St location)

I’ve been a Jiffy Lube customer for years. Have visited most Florence locations during that time.. Irby street has been my go to the past couple of years. I have never had any issues. The staff is knowledgeable and makes sure to go over everything with me. They also get me in and out quickly. Very friendly people.
