I have been using Jiffy Lube for numerous years and the service is always quick. The technicians are kind and knowledgeable and offer their recommendations for certain types of oil and services. They are conscientious of the costs and offer coupons that are available. Chad runs a respectable business and I will continue to use their services for many years to come.

Went to this Jiffy Lube location for an alignment a little over a year ago. While in the bay, they put a huge dent in the door of my 2-door car (door does swing open widely, but still!!!) by not being careful. After not telling me that it happened, but noticing it immediately once I got home, I turned around and headed straight back. The District Manager was already there (which is abnormal), so clearly, again, they knew, and didn't mention it. BUT the main reason I'm writing this review over a year later is that my front tires (with MAYBE 15,000 miles on them total) ARE COMPLETELY BALD ONLY ON THE INSIDE!!!! This is due to a bad alignment. At $250 apiece, I will likely have to replace them way before I normally would!!!! I should have known better! We took my wife's car there ONCE for an oil change and tire rotation, and the car was making a high-pitched squeal the whole ride home. Took it back up there immediately, and while they did fix whatever the issue was, this has never happened anywhere else before... EVEN when we used Walmart one time. Now we just go to the dealership. What's the saying? Fool me once, shame on you... fool me twice, shame on me. I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS. BUT NEVER AGAIN, JIFFY LUBE. NEVER AGAIN. Sincerely yours, Pissed Off in Florence.

I was in a hurry to go out of town and they were very efficient and got me in and out of there very quick even though they were busy. They were also very nice and professional. They weren’t pushy like other places have been with their inspection results either.
