I got brakes done at this location they were very efficient and reasonable priced. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend this location if you need work on your vehicle.

Management who thinks he's corporate. Causes damage to your car and blame other people for their carelessness. Then charge you to fix what they broke. Out to rip people off at yor Expense.

I originally gave a five for there service I had tires rotated and oil change, theyasked about windsheild fluid showed me cabin air filter was a little dirty so I didn't replace it. Thought everything was find. Went down road the next day I find a plugger looking thing on the floor board so just kept it in case i needed it later. I got home after putting 4000 miles on car so I figured I should replace cabin filter. Well I'm glad i kept the plugger looking thing as it was part of the opener on glove box they had it in two pieces

I have been a customer for over 10 years of Jiffy Lube on Pine Needles Rd. I love their service. Great customer service, satisfied with my oil changes and appreciate the recommendations for my vehicles. I have had no problems with this business. I love them!!!

Would have given them much less than 3 stars, had it not been for Tina, who was very friendly and informative. Overall satisfactory job, but leaves much room for improvement. We did not receive a call to let us know that our vehicle was ready until we got tired of waiting and called ourselves, only to find out that it had been ready for hours. The job calls for 1 hr labor and it stayed for over 5 hours. If someone had informed Tina to call, we would have promptly had our issue resolved, but apparently he thinks they are the only adults with many responsibilities on their shoulders. Now we are off schedule and behind on everything. May make it to bed by midnight ???

Outstanding, quick, and polite service. Took my work 'Enterprise Fleet' vehicle in for an oil change. Often thanks to that alone it can take a bit of time. The staff here took that in stride and still had me out pretty quick. If I am in Florence and require another, this is where I'll stop.
