The worst experience. Store had an item for $49.50 with 25% off which would make it $37.13 + 8% tax =$ 40.11 but then the final price rose to $48+.The asst. manager refused to give her name, the corporate office phone number or the store number which when I looked it up and tried to call number didn’t work. Please talk to your assistant manager about customer service. And we had just purchased 2 pairs of sneakers. Again awful customer service.

Don’t never think about calling these guys before traveling to get a pair of sneakers.They will not answer the phone . I tried a couple of days due to I live too far to take the drive to find out they don’t carry the style I’m looking for .

I would put no stars. I made a purchase on 1/28/2021 @6:50 pm right before closing. I purchased some Nike Air Force 1’s for $118.00. I checked my card and I see 4 other transactions of $240.00 totaled to $960.00 I swiped my card once. Jimmy Jazz is the only store I went to. I called my bank and even spoke with Nike.com that is the name pending in the transaction. I got a very uneasy feeling when I was in there. Somebody has to be running credit card scams. This is not acceptable. I do not have a $1,000 to just give away. The manager that rung me up name was Willie or Willis something Will. I think he was the manger. Jimmy Jazz need to refund my money.
