Terrible I came here yesterday with my kids father I wouldn’t recommend coming here or any Liberty tax period it’s a rip off I prefer turbo tax or h&R see what they didn’t know I work with turbo tax I know how to doMy own taxes they barely have a breakdown for you of your taxes then wait time was about 1-2 hours systems didn’t wanna do right! It was a mess if you ask meI would give them -0 stars then on top of that I was unable to even file there they didn’t wanna pull up any information so I could compare estimates.

I am so happy and impressed by the tax consultants here. They are true, caring professionals who are willing to explain everything, answer all questions and gave me sound tax advice. They are extremely knowledgeable on so many different tax issues and are definitely vested in finding the best solution for the customer. I highly recommend this location!They are very prompt, friendly, and clear. All around quick and efficient.They are very accommodating even during their busiest times. I was able to be seen as a walk-in. The lady was very knowledgeable of her job and tax preparation, thorough and very efficient. I was in and out within 30 minutes. She made sure I was offered the best possible service. The manager was available by phone when we needed her input. I will definitely go back next year.Exceptional service!
