We came to this store on back to back days and both times we had to wander the store for several minutes to find someone to help us, which was unfortunate. However, on both days, Quentin came to our aid and was very knowledgeable in the pieces of plexiglass I needed and was very patient on all the questions I asked. When we returned the next day with the correct measurements, he was happy to cut the plexiglass for us and confirmed multiple times the dimensions we needed, which I appreciated. Quentin provided great customer service and turned our experience into what would have been disappointing into something I was very happy with. Attached is a photo of the project I was working on and am very excited to use that plexiglass as the finishing protective touch.

I think Lowe's is overrated because they have very expensive products there the service is pretty good and the productivity is great as well meaning they have a lot of stuff there but the prices are really high

Incredible size and selection I haven't seen at Lowe's in forever.., but the staff couldn't be bothered to do damn near anything. We left because couldn't get help with anything. Simply avoid unless you can walk in, get what you want and leave.

I purchased some items with cash last week and lost my receipt. I went to return for store credit today and was told by customer service. We can't help you without a receipt. When did this policy start? It's around $50 in plumbing items that are new. Manager was too busy to be bothering and I called corporate and they could care less. This makes me think Lowes could care less about keeping me as a customer. They have gone downhill in my books.

The plumbing section of this store is absolutely embarrassing. Don't come here if unless you want to spend all day searching through random piles of product in bins it doesn't belong in.
