A whirlpool dryer was delivered to my home on Friday, 1/19/2024 by 2 Lowes delivery technicians. It was wired, plugged in and placed on a run-in cycle. The appliance was installed without any leveling adjusters. I sent a text to the technician that he had left his hand truck at my house. Later in the afternoon, he called and retuned to pick up. While I was on the phone with him I asked about leveling the dryer. He said he noticed that the leveling pins were not in the drum. I asked him if he could pick 4 up, he said I would have to get a new unit and take the leveling pins out. I'm not sure if he was being funny, sarcastic or if that is Lowes protocol. Why did he not tell me of the missing levelers ahead of time he new they were missing? I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE DELIVERY AND SET UP, NOR THE APPLIANCE. The door is bent and doesn't close tightly. I would not recommend whirlpool dryer to anyone!

Return policy for appliances is ludicrous. You have 48 hours from delivery. I purchased a refrigerator that didn’t work (it TAKES 48 hours to get it to temp according to their manual), Lowes manager was NOT going to refund it. I will NOT be shopping at Lowes from now on.

bought $1200 worth of supplies to redo our kitchen on 9/02/21 ! our contractor went to pick up the supplies and they couldn't find the order. The contractor had to wait to get the order filled and they didn't have the hinges which were in stock and put with the original order! 2 boxes of broken tiles and no toilet !!
