Wasted my time. I traveled one hour to come here only for them not to be open and no note on the door. Stayed 15 minutes just in case they had to use the bathroom and nothing! Absolute complete waste of time!

Everytime I come by they don't have what I'm looking for. Owner/manager is impossible to reach and never follows up on anything they say they are going to do. Anyone know if it's possible to have a metro PC's franchise revoked? Cause at this point they are ruining the name. I understand now why people keep being surprised I have metro if this is what they are forced to deal with.

Customer service not good!! Short staffed will be the first thing they say, if there back up with customers! I love the service, but they need a new store & staff. I pay my bill, pay insurance on time every month. I lost my phone, they sent me another one, but first pay $64.00. Well they send me a refurbished phone. Lost all my data, & memories! This place gone down!
