He politely asked me to please hold while he finished with the chicks. His name is Devonte and he works in the Florence TS. Devonte came back shortly and apologized for the hold. There was something so apologetic about his voice that I forgot the short wait time. Devonte looked up the item and then located it in the store. He said “I’ve got good news.
