“The Pharmacy staff have been wonderful to work with. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I would give them 10 stars if that was possible!I had been with the same "big box" pharmacy for over 15 years, but the service slowly degraded to the point where I was having to call them to remind them to order my prescriptions, call to remind them to fill the prescriptions, and call back to make sure they actually filled the prescriptions -- every time getting a different staff person, and having to explain my care over and over. To make matters worse, they would sometimes take the phone off the hook, preventing anyone from leaving messages for call back, requiring an actual trip to the store. It was beyond exhausting. Members of my family were made to wait over 3 hours multiple times to pick up prescriptions that I couldn't go without.Finally, out of frustration, I called The Pharmacy. I had been hesitant to change because The Pharmacy can't take GoodRx. When I called them, they actually took the time to go over my medication list with me, making sure they could provide what I needed, and giving me self pay prices for items not covered by insurance. The prices were actually comparable; well worth the service they provide. I felt like they actually cared about me, and wanted to help.I have been with them now for over six months, and they have been a real answer to prayer. If you are struggling with your pharmacy needs, you should really give them a call.There are three parts to most folk's healthcare -- your Dr., your pharmacy, and your insurance. Before I switched to The Pharmacy, the only person that "cared" about me was my Dr. Now, I have my Dr. and Pharmacy helping me.”
“I did visit the store, I'm a Sam's Club member. I bought $188 dollars worth of meat. I got already cooked fajita Angus steak which will be enough for two meals for a family of 3, I got the large bag of frozen chicken breasts and the large bag of jumbo shrimp, these two will feed my family four different nights. I got a ham, and a turkey breast along with some other fresh meats. All together I have already done my meal planning using what I bought and am crazy happy to say that for $188 I've got enough meat to feed my family nightly for 3 whole weeks! Amazing! I spent $170 at food Lion recently and really didn't have very much to show for it.”

“There was only one employee working the grocery pickup today around 1:30 pm Thursday, March 7, when I stopped by to pick up some items missing from my order early this week. She was very conscientious, recognizing me in the parking lot from earlier in the week, unable to get anyone to answer inside. Afraid I did not get her name, but she made sure I got the items in my order. She said she was the only one working; Sam's needs to have more employees on staff when they offer grocery pickup because as diligently as she worked, it was really too much for just one person. Her actions to assist me were much appreciated.”
“My favorite pharmacy by far! Located right by the hospital and right beside a convenience store you can't go wrong without location! The prices are on point and the owner is a pleasure to do business with I'm very knowledgeable as well! I was actually recommended by several other people to go there because of how they go above and beyond to give the best service ever to their customers!”

“My mother purchased her tires from Sam's Tire Center. Then, she purchased a set of replacement parts, after using the spare, due to a flat tire a few months later. The service department was kind to her, but they forgot to put her spare tire back in place under the car(left in trunk). Today, one of the store managers, Devane, helped us immediately upon hearing of the oversight. We were appreciative of his responsiveness, and we will continue to utilize Sam's Tire Center because of it. Thank you.”
“I have never had anything but a good experience with my South Irby St. Pharmacy. My prescriptions are always right, the staff is friendly and helpful, but then I always find folks to be that way when I am friendly and nice to them. The wait time is no longer there than anyplace else I have been to. Kudos gang, keep up the good work !!!”
“I don't mind this location because can get in and out quickly avoid the Walmart superstore crowd. There is a drivethrough pharmacy window which I prefer to walking inside. Some of the shelves were not re-stocked to keep up with customer demand. I think the produce section is smaller than that in superstore. No apple juice in the aisle was a deal breaker for my wife. The amount of check out people was 1 which seems understaffed. The parking lot is definitely too small, there's only 3 rows to use close to front door. This location is good to get in and out for a few items, for large grocery visits choose elsewhere.”
“Walmart Pharmacy on Beltline Dr in Florence is probably the best pharmacy in town!!! They know our whole family and treat us like family anytime we call or visit. Going above and beyond for their customers and ALWAYS SO KIND!!I wouldn't recommend the WALMART OR The Walmart Pharmacy on Irby street, their customer service really needs some cleaning up!”
