So from the fone call with John when I placed my order I knew it was going to be a horrible experience ? John was very rude and impatient and has miserable listening skills ⚠️(John should not have a job answering anybody's fone dealing with customers)⚠️, John charged me $30.00 fo a medium pan pizza. I paid $6.00 additional for the tip total $36.00 only to get pissed off and disappointed,?Then the dumb dash driver showed up demanding a cash payment from me after I already paid with my card, the seal was broken on my Pizza box so no telling why he felt the need to do that and the pizza looked so miserable ?plus it was cold ..... I probably won't ever order from here again.... I think I'm done with pizza altogether.... Smfh. I can still see his dumb look on his face while he was refusing to let go of my Pizza box telling me I need to pay him cash when I I already paid over the phone.... Big 9' tall dummy?

3/29/24 at 8:30. Worst experience ever at any pizza place. They were not making orders in the order that they were placed and had not even started making orders that came in 1.5 hours before. "30 minutes" is what they kept telling everyone but they hadn't started any of the orders. Pure chaos and they shouldn't have even been open like that. Putting all that aside, what made me leave this review was the terrible customer service from the useless half-wit at the counter. They would've been better off with nobody working the counter.

The pizza was yummy. Great price. They provided plates, forks and napkins at no extra charge. Quick service. Friendly staff. Parking was tight, however.She went to go find plates and forks for me even though they were super busy. I really appreciated that.

For the most part, I always order delivery. And, for the two years that I have been ordering my food from here, the food has always been delivered hot and the delivery time has been decent as well.

Have ordered from this Pizza Hut for years and until recently everything has been great. The past five or six times the hand tossed has been like eating a chewy thin crust.

Today While order on the app it closes by it self several times while selecting any menu item. I tried again and at checkout page after entering my card number the app closed again. Eventually the app took two times the same order which is app malfunction.At front desk the manager came and gave me the refund I appreciate her patience and fixing the issue. But the staff and other customers including me are unhappy. I saw lot of pressure at the front desk for long time waiting due to the app issues. I am sorry for their staffs struggles. Pizza hut mobile app is driving people very crazy. I seen this app issue for last 4 years Better I uninstall this app and delete my account. Again thank you for the manager for completing refund process in the busy time.

I called this Pizza Hut and placed a $100 order for delivery that was NEVER delivered and I was charged.Might as well throw your money in the trash because they will not take accountability for undelivered orders and they will not give you a refund unless you really push for it.A Door Dash driver texts me and states he has been waiting for 15 minutes and finally someone told him my order was given to another “Door Dash diver “. I receive a message saying my order was delivered when it wasn’t.So I called and called this Pizza Hut and no one answered, when finally someone did answer I asked to speak to the manager to get a refund and they placed me on hold for hours. Manager never picked up the phone.So I finally called Pizza Hut customer service to request a refund and they said they would call me back and I still haven’t heard back from them.I finally drove up there and requested a refund and the manager Barbara only blamed Door Dash saying they probably lied and took my food and was hesitant to give me a refund stating she couldn’t prove what I was saying was true because my delivery could be on my porch. She states she didn’t answer the phone because their “phones don’t work”.At that point I reminded her that I called Pizza Hut NOT Door Dash and that all this over pizza was not worth it !Anyway I needed to share that to prevent someone else from wasting their time and money, there is plenty of other pizza places in this town ! Not worth it !

Everyone was super nice and very welcoming. I mean they literally welcomed me in. Also the pizza I ordered was picture perfect like a work of art and it tasted great. I will 100% order here again. I will need to remind myself for them to cook it slightly longer than normal because I don't like doughy texture inside. Make no mistake, the pizza was perfect, this is just a personal preference. Good job guys and gals
