I am a long time customer of this location and the last several times I have been in there it has been a circus atmosphere not a quiet spa atmosphere. Disappointed. Management needs to be aware and something needs to change.

Literally the worst experience for me and my sister!! Will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! They were very snippy, and kept flicking are hands while rolling their eyes the entire time! My sister has hair in her nails and they are not straight at all! My nails polish doesn’t go all the way down! Trust me don’t go here it might look good on the outside and very pretty but they are rude! If I could’ve rated them it would be no stars! 120 dollars for nothing!! ?

Signature Nails and Spa is a great place to receive services. The technicians provide excellent service with care. The environment is clean, calm and relaxing.

Nice pedi tech. Poor quality of work for acrylic overlay. Tech watched a movie on phone during my nail service and seemed irritated when a coworker asked her to reapply polish to cover nail bed. Would return and request different tech.

I am visiting the area for work and some girls in my office recommended Signature. My dip nails look great, one of the better services I've had over 8 years of getting sns/dip.
The only issue is that the nail tech barely said 5 words to me during my 45 minute visit. She was on the phone or talking to a friend for the entire appointment. I am someone who likes to chat or at least watch TV while someone works. There is not a TV behind the nail counter so it was a very dull visit. That being said, my nails look so great I will probably come back if I am still in town when I need a fresh set.
