I have not had a good experience with this bank. I been apart of health facilities for over 5 years. I feel that you all dont care. I open a business account and nobody can give me clear answers on nothing . Then you charge me because you stated that I did not follow thru. Changing banks.

Mrs. Twana McRae provided me with the absolute best experience I have ever had with a bank that she inspired me to move all my accounts to South Carolina Federal Credit Union. I even decided to get my new car loan through this bank instead of using the car dealer. Mrs. McRae showed empathy, sincerity, over welming knowledge, enthusiasm, patience, everything one could want in a perfect experience. Coming from the guest service industry and managing Hilton Hotels all over the US I can tell you she would be my number one to advance in top management. I wouldn't have moved all my accounts there if she didn't provide all above said qualities. You surely have a complete asset in her in Mrs. McRae.It has been my pleasure to provide to you this information, should you need more please don't hesitate to contact me.Sincerely,Susan McGrath.

So my ATM/Debit card will not work at the David McLeod Blvd ATM. Keep in mind that it NEVER worked, everytime that I tried, I would get a decline. Long story short, I called today to advise that my card don't work so that has forced me to use other ATM machines that charges a fee. So I stated, since it is not my fault that I am forced to use other ATM machines and pay their fees. As a common courtesy, I should be refunded the fees that I paid because the staff knows that some customers cannot use their debit cards in the SC Federal Credit Union machines. I states that I was at the ATM today and the he should be able to see that I visited the ATM today and should see a decline. Craig, a manager (I think his name was) told me that he was not able to see the declined transaction today. That was a lie, funny, cause I called before an the rep told me see saw it right after I tried. You would think that the SC Federal Credit Union staff would give the fees back as a courtesy until the machines are fixed or new cards are issued. When calling them to let them know, they pretty much said that, it is not their fault that the machines are not taking all cards. That they will not give me the fees back and they told me about the Allpoint ATM’s that are located inside of CVS and Walgreens that does not charge a fee and that I need to visit them. They told me that I need to start using the Irby Street location, which is on the other side of town for me. I miss Health Facilities. Sad to say I will be closing my account here and moving my money to a bank after several years of being with Health Facilities. SC FEDERAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have dealt with the folks at the branch on Dozier Blvd for years now. Larue and the others are always friendly, efficient and competent. I appreciate their approach to serving customers.

Excellent location, professional, courteous, helpful, and friendly staff. Would definitely be a 5 star if the ATM wasn't inoperable so often.

I had a question about transferring from my savings to checking. The lady I spoke with was very unprofessional. I just hung up. The website doesn't work well. If I withdraw from a teller, I'm charged teller fees, plus an extra 5 dollar fee. I've been with health facilities for years and loved it. I'm definitely switching banks. If I could do a negative star, I would've.

Health Facilities just recently merged with SC federal credit union and they have too many fees!!! Theycharge if you overdraft your account in the amount of 34 then a 5 fee for it being overdraft. They are not a shared branch which sucks!! I’m definitely switching banks. Horrible bank!!

The Florence branch has some lazy people. They don't get payments on time to the main branch in Greenville which results in the upper people thinking you didn't pay your payments which then results to you car being repossessed and even though it is not your fault but the fault of one of their branches you still have to go through red tape to get your car back in which they will tell you that you have to wait almost nearly 72 hours in which they will review your paper work to determine that even if it isn't your fault you may or may not get your car back. And this mistake will now be on your credit. Will be seeking an attorney after Christmas.
