TMobile is the greatest!! I have been a loyal TMobile customer for almost 15 years. Nobody can top their customer service and cell phone plans. Why go anywhere else when I am a happy and satisfied customer.

Shana helped us upgrade 2 phones and was so patient and pleasant to work with! She even stayed late to make sure all our data transferred over to the new phones. I’ve loved every interaction with T-Mobile since I switched over a year ago. The customer service is definitely an upgrade from Verizon!

When T-mobile works it is great. However it is not reliable in the area of where I live. I had service with Sprint and When they bought SPRINT our service when DOWN. I went into the T-Mobile store and was told they were upgrading the towers in my area and we should be back up to great service in 6months to a year. That was 10 years ago. This week for the last few days it comes up SOS service only and the store finally admits their is issues with the tower and service but they don’t even know if they are working to resolve the issue. I would change back to Verizon but they are so expensive but then again YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR once T mobile gets you as a customer you no longer matter to them. They have terrible customer service.

My cell phone was stolen, never to be recovered, in Charleston and I purchased a new one there. However, it was not really functional or set up right. Totally distraught, I brought the phone in to our local Florence t-mobile shop when i returned home. Carlos, the store manager, was sooo exceptional! He acted as though I was his only concern and not only retrieved my contacts , downloaded my apps and information from the cloud. He actually helped me reset each password and set up my entire phone so that another thief could not steal my accounts. He helped me set up my thumbprint and make many accounts safe. He did it all with patience and a smile! I had been so dishartened after the thief stole money from my venmo. But, thanks to Carlos, I am able to function once again and my security is safeguarded!! He is the type of employee every company would want!! He is a Godsend!!! Thank you, Carlos!Tricia Greenberg

Ryan is a absolute legend. The whole team is kind, helpful and welcome. Ryan took time to know my account and 20 year history with T-Mobile. He helped us secure more than even I thought was possible. I’ll never leave T-Mobile and these guys are the reason. Shoutout to to the team, and Ryan rocks. Join T-Mobile if you haven’t yet.

I expected to wait a long time for help as it was a Saturday but they were very quick in helping us.We had stopped by a different service provider to look at plans but the wait was long. Glad we went here instead. They had quite a number of workers to assist customers.

I just recently changed over from Spectrum to T-Mobile. Carlos the store manager waited on me. I’ve never been handled with such courtesy, professionalism, and knowledge of this business. I was having problems getting Spectrum to release my phone numbers. It had been almost 48 hours of going back and forth. Carlos got involved helping me and before bed time that night I was talking on my T-Mobile 5G. My hats off to Carlos. I wished there were more like him in this business. He made it a very pleasant experience.
