Food was good, but when I arrived there was such a strong Pot odor outside it nearly knocked me down. No one was in sight however so it must have been coming from around back from employees. It was bad.

Bread was so STALE it was in crumbs.Employees can surely tell when bread has gone bad.

I received several coupons in the mail and decided to try it since I haven't had Subway in about 2 years. First they started by asking I drive to the window and they would try to get to me as soon as possible. There was one car in the parking lot, one customer in the store, and only me in the drive thru.When I pulled up, the order taker said. We can only honor 4 subs and we cannot do footlongs, or bogo. Also they said some of the coupons were not being recognized by the machine. I ordered my sandwich 6" only available with a coupon. I also ordered the footlong pretzel. The order taker did not offer chips, cookies, or a drink. I looked at my receipt and the order was wrong. A different person came to give me the order and I asked if it was Tuna because the receipt said "cold cut trio". The server said that was my order, and when I told her what I had ordered she looked away at someone( I guess to confirm with the order taker, I am unsure.)She then proceeded to take out my separately bagged pretzel ( without the dip) and make the sandwich I ordered. While I was waiting though, someone else came to the window and said, "What's wrong?" I said the server is already correcting it.The 'new person' said, "I know, but I'm the manager, and I have to correct it in the system". She asked me to pull around so they could take care of the next 2 customers. The server brought my correct order out with the dip for my pretzel. She smiled warmly and apologized for the error. But, for me, the damage was already done.The sandwich was okay. The total process took about 20 minutes. I will choose another location next time, and hopefully they are more accurate, efficient, and professional.

Surrounding area and interior is quite unaesthetic, however the staff was very sociable, polite and warm. The food was very good as well.

I'm from out of town and was welcomed no sooner, I walked in the door. I like that Subway! So, for dinner today, Thursday, August 25,2023, I was craving my usual from Subway. I looked at my receipt to give the wonderful young woman kudos on this review, but there's no name ? She was wonderful and nice. She made a delicious sub, and everything was fresh. Thanks Subway in Florence SC! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I came in to order 3 footloose, chips, and cookies. I felt super rushed, no one in line ahead or behind me. I have anxieties and ended up having an attack in car when I was done.Food was ok. Cookies seemed to be fresh.

I went to this location to order a sub using a coupon only to find out that the coupon was not going to be accepted for the sub I ordered. I asked for clarification and was told that although my sub was not listed as an exclusion, it is up to the owner as to what the coupons can be used for. I find that odd because I have ordered the same sub and used a coupon on multiple occasions! NO SIGNS ANYWHERE SAYING WHAT CAN AND CANNOT BE USED WITH A COUPON. They just lost a customer

Worker at the drive-thru seemed like she was upset taking my order and then got the order completely wrong. I ordered 2 foot long Italian subs, toasted on whole wheat bread and 2 bags of Lays chips. She only made one sub and sighed heavily when I pointed out her mistake, but recovered quickly as we were face to face. She completed the order and when I got home neither sub was toasted and both were on white bread.
