Excellent store, friendly sales associates, variety of products, help finding anything you need, clean and inviting, always ready to help, engraved my new puppy’s new dog tag. Will be returning, a wonderful store! Great job everyone!

Called to make an appointment and wasn’t even allowed to finish my sentence before being told no, then that was all the groomer kept saying was no, I was trying to be nice about it because I knew there was a fat chance at getting an appointment so last minute but she hung up before I could even tell her to have a nice day. I might would have made an appointment for a later date, but that was so rude and uncalled for I’m not comfortable bringing my pets there.

We've bought numerous animals and reptiles from this lovely place. But Jim from the Florence store is all around the best employee they've ever had. He's so calm and courteous when it comes to meeting your needs. He'll give you all the information on care taking and providing a safe environment for your beloved pets! 100000/1000000 highly recommended to visit this guy! Even for a good conversation he's an amazing employee!

Vacation with a phone number on it so people can immediately call you. IF your little fur baby is lost ??♀️? you buy the tags at the register and there's a machine there to engrave them ❤️

I visit and purchase most of my service dogs' leashes and a few Kong toy items. The buissnes is always clean and the staff have always been help and very nice. It is a large store with, from what I can tell, almost any product for any type of animal.
