I walked up to a teller this morning just to get a bank statement. She kept holding her nose & I asked her was there something wrong with her nose. She claimed it’s because she didn’t want to sneeze. I went back but went to the drive thru instead of going in. The same teller wasn’t holding her nose. It seems like there’s a big turn around with employees there.

So these guys charge $10 to cash a check which is drawn upon their bank, so if you have a check for $100, you were only get $90 out of it.

Same experience as another poster. They put a 6 day hold on a check and never even told me. I called the next day and got the run around. I could’ve just took the check and cashed it on the bank it was written on. I understand the need for holds, but let’s have some communication. Everything these days is digital, but a bank needs 6 days to see if another bank has the funds there.

I like TD Bank. I've banked with them for over 12 years from NYC to SC. Once you're a well known customer, the staff treats you with respect and overall a sense of family. If you have any concerns, you just go to the Manager and they'll quickly resolve it. I highly recommend TD Bank.

TD Bank is just like every other bank, but they do have a few more perks. I love the monthly free gifts of Shopping bags, coffee mugs, hand sanitizers, etc. There is no perfect bank, because there's no perfect people in the world. However, I love TD Bank Fraud protection, they've saved me numerous times from scammers.

I can't tell if it was incompetence or stupidity (I'm willing to consider that it may be both!) but my latest trip to TD Bank (Florence) was the most frustrating experience I've had in my entire life.Despite waiting more than 4 hours, they were unable or unwilling (I'm willing to consider that it may be both) to initiate a wire transfer from my TD Bank account, with proven funding in place.At 2:00pm they were unable or unwilling (I'm willing to consider that it may be both!) to find someone to "approve" the wire transfer. But they were willing to ask me many intrusive questions such as, "What is the purpose of this transfer?" (None of your business) or "Why did you choose to come to this branch?" (What difference does it make).I've worked in Banking in the past I'm conversant with banking protocols, procedures and regulations and this branch of TD Bank was in violation of virtually every one that would apply for such a routine transfer.My advice: There are many banks that are customer-oriented. Find one of those and bank there.

Every month for over 2 years, I deposit a check in the same amount, which I had my mortgage payment automatic draft out. Never had a hold placed on the check. Well last month, my mortgage payment showed paid and then they did a reversal and placed my check on a 6 day hold causing my mortgage payment to return. I tried everything to get the funds released. They did nothing but lie. I will call you later today, I was told by the assistant bank manager, which I never received a call . Plus the check was drawn on Wells Fargo, but Td bank all of a suddenly thought the funds was not there. This bank is the worst of the worst bank. As so as I could , I closed my account. I would not recommend this bank!!! They deserve a zero

Not sure if their personal bankers/CSRs need more training, but today would have made the second time I’ve went inside to conduct buisness and was treated as if my request was out of reach. However when I’m in another state they know exactly what I’m talking about.As a previous employee and long time banker with TD Bank, I’m highly dissatisfied with their service and lack of willingness to complete my request.

Bank officials never knew anything about “proof of fund” letter. When I explained they say it will be 2-3 days. Disappointed.

This bank doesn't even deserve 1 star. Slow, no one knows what they are doing. I have wasted so much time here (one is lake city is just as bad). Everytime I've been here, u spend way too long, or have to come back. Always have to get the manager, she is the only one that knows anything about banking rules. The tellers are slow and don't seem to care at all. I moved from NJ and no Chase Bank down here, hope they are soon. I truly hate banking with TD, especially this Florence location.
