Truly wish I could put no stars. I will do all I can moving forward not to use Ticketmaster or associates. Absolutely the rudest customer service I have ever encountered. Received a code - it doesn’t work - instead of taking my order and helping I was told keep trying. This was after being interrupted numerous tines by the representative. When I asked if I could finish my sentence before he started speaking he laughed. Just horrible horrible service. Just simple horrible

First of all, I must express my dissatisfaction with the extremely high service fees! They are almost equal to the ticket price! This makes attending any event exorbitantly expensive. Please get control of this and lower this price.Secondly, the description of the venue is extremely poor. The venue was outright incorrect. It said that the event was taking place at the Charlotte Motor Speedway, but the event actually took place at Zmax Dragway. Also, it mentioned that we would have access to the pit stops to meet and greet the cars and teams before that races started, but had no indication of where this was happening. Our tickets were on the East Grandstand and for some reason, the John Force Grand Stand was sold out even though we noticed that there were a lot of empty seats. There was no mention of the pit stops being located behind the John Force Grand Stand. We wasted almost an hour sitting in our seats with nothing to do and then eventually found that it was located on the other side of the race tracks. We also found the tunnel to go across and get to that area, which was not mentioned anywhere on your site. Please improve these things to give us a better experience for the money we spend at these events.

Unfortunately 0 stars is not available.For the last 40 years ticket Monster has been the ONLY AND THE WORST place to buy tickets.. after 40 yrs and ever increasing fees, you guessed it, it's worse than ever. They managed to prove you canimplement an internet strategy that totally fails and still stay in business.Trying to buy tickets for Charlotte motor speedway, fa ged about it!By the time you enlarge the seating chart anywhere near being able to identify the name of the section, it SWITCHES to individual seats with no way to know which section you are actually looking at.Also if you're trying to figure out if a seat is under cover or not, there is no indication of that either.Much better off to just call the racetrack or better yet, go there in person. Probably avoid the fees for ticket monster as well... But maybe not. I'll find out Monday.Worst interface for ticket buying imaginable. They must be a monopoly because surely someone, anyone, a 13 yr old kid could design a better website! And make it work instead of hanging and jerking through the process of seat surfing. To say their website is total garbage would be an extreme complement, so I can't even say that.

Not ever using Ticketmaster again. They postponed the show to a time I could not attend, then refused to give a refund, even though there was a refund button on the e-mail. Crooked, lying company..!

#DO NOT USE TICKETMASTER!! “Chat” does NOT work! My 13 yr old daughter received Michael Buble concert tickets for Christmas and it was “postponed” indefinitely. Now they refuse to refund, refuse phone calls, and refuse chat online. Do NOT go through this service!! I am out over $550 at a time when most people are out of work and this mega corporation has no concern for doing what’s right. They expect us to wait until reschedule and hope we are able to go then. Disgusting.
