The team member even helped find several reasonablely priced tires when I had to replace two on the back. I'm grateful for Black's Tire- Florence being there when I was in a bind!”

Jeremy did a fantastic job. The receptionist ( i forgot your name ) makes you feel welcomed and relaxed. Great conversation and the dog was cutie, with his spoiled self ?. I had a sensor replaced and my tire air level regulated evenly. I ready the reviews and they were outstanding. Everything i read about this awesome business is true. For me,it was a no brainer. He was kind, patient, and incredibly responsive. Within an hour of calling, he was on-site and had replaced two tire stems, getting her safely back on the road. “I dropped by the morning of New Year’s Eve with my skid plate dragging on the ground. They not only took care of that but also checked my tire pressures while they were at it. All of my tire pressures were low and one was down to only 7 psi. The kicker is I had just had my oil changed at a different shop the week prior and they had reported good tire pressures. I drive an hour to and from work and they really saved me a bad trip. Thanks so much for going above and beyond!”

“My mother purchased her tires from Sam's Tire Center. Then, she purchased a set of replacement parts, after using the spare, due to a flat tire a few months later. The service department was kind to her, but they forgot to put her spare tire back in place under the car(left in trunk). Today, one of the store managers, Devane, helped us immediately upon hearing of the oversight. We were appreciative of his responsiveness, and we will continue to utilize Sam's Tire Center because of it. Thank you.”
