“They were awesome, friendly and professional. Great atmosphere. Plenty of laughs and excellent customer service. I was visiting momma and I drove from Willow Grove, Pa and needed a sensor replaced. Jeremy did a fantastic job. The receptionist ( i forgot your name ) makes you feel welcomed and relaxed. Great conversation and the dog was cutie, with his spoiled self ?. I had a sensor replaced and my tire air level regulated evenly. I ready the reviews and they were outstanding. Everything i read about this awesome business is true. For me,it was a no brainer. GREAT service ?”
“Edit: they made good on my request to swap out the tires, even price matched the dealership and apologized for the mix up. I bumped the review up to 4 stars bc I appreciate their effort but I do feel like the review should stay up because it did happen and it could possibly happen to others. As a company use it as a learning experience and train staff on what to do in cases like this. As a corporation, a policy review needs to happen. There’s no way cash should be treated as a final sale when a number of things could go wrong. Our lives ride on our tires. There needs to be better policies in place. Thanks for correcting this issue.

I purchased tires from this shop on June 3, 2026. I went in to get my Michelin tires replaced on my Audi but I was given a quote for Lexani tires, I was hesitant but the consultant assured me that it was a good brand and a comparable switch. He set up an appointment for the installation. It took 2 hours for the install. I was irritated about that, I looked at my tires, I noticed they’d installed Delinte tires and not the lexani I was quoted for but thought nothing of it. I drove out of town and noticed that the stopping distance and grip were not that great for my all wheel drive because it almost threw me into a guard rail hanging a curve on an off ramp. So I returned to the shop to express that I did not receive the tires I was quoted and I do not like how the Delinte handle. I was told that corporate would need to look into the issue but “they usually do not refund or comp for cash sales.”
I said how could you not comp when your techs put on a different tire than I was quoted? He said he’d contact corporate and be in touch.
How long should I have to wait for their error to be corrected? WHY do I have to wait in the first place when they’re the ones that made the error?
On top of that, why was a cheaper tire installed but I was charged the price of the Lexani anyway when I hear the Delinte should’ve Been $400 out the door?
I’m requesting to be comped for the Delinte tires and have Michelin tires installed on my vehicle for a price match of $1500 from the Audi dealership minus the Delinte.
This is honestly insane and unbelievable. This issue should’ve been resolved as soon as I brought it to the shop’s attention. I shouldn’t have to wait at all. This is terrible customer service, terrible handling of the situation and poor business ethics.
I’d tell women to take a man with them so they don’t get taken advantage of by this shop. This was very much a bait and switch in my opinion”

“I was traveling from out of town. Started having car trouble .Another auto parts shop recommended for me to stop here. Best service ever. Got me in and out and the price wasn’t bad at all. So very appreciative for the hard work and hospitality. With a ten minute wait for y car we were often asked if we were ok and offered drinks while we waited. Thank you so much for turning a bad day into the perfect trip!”
“The atmosphere is great and the employees are to die for!! I just love them all especially Travis he is definitely a down to earth person and a personality like no other!! Straight to the point and will get you right!! Best prices on new tires and I know because I done compared ALL in Florence. New set for $480 tell me where you gonna beat that and I don’t mean by a couple dollars either!! The lady at the front was helpful also because she didn’t have a size I needed and recommended me to another shop!! What places are doing that?? And I can’t forget the two black dudes in the back and the other white dude was SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL!!”

He was kind, patient, and incredibly responsive. Within an hour of calling, he was on-site and had replaced two tire stems, getting her safely back on the road. “Quick unloading. Check in at 0700. Overnight parking, they told me if a dock was open to back in and unload in the morning. It’s tight and I had to back in on Edwards Cir because I am horrible at blind side backing.”

“My mother purchased her tires from Sam's Tire Center. Then, she purchased a set of replacement parts, after using the spare, due to a flat tire a few months later. The service department was kind to her, but they forgot to put her spare tire back in place under the car(left in trunk). Today, one of the store managers, Devane, helped us immediately upon hearing of the oversight. We were appreciative of his responsiveness, and we will continue to utilize Sam's Tire Center because of it. Thank you.”
