Disappointed again. I get lunch there a couple times a week. This last time, I didn't get the second side I asked for, no roll, and paid way to much for roast beef that was too tough to eat. I didn't know I didn't get everything until I was already back at work. Instead of complaining to the rude staff, they'll just lose a customer.

I've always found the employees to be quite welcoming. Gas is reasonably priced. I couldn't be more pleased with the meal and service. Before starting work, I make a stop there.

Nice place to stop and get gas, a snack, or even some hot food. Honestly being from NY makes me overjoyed to see an all in one "bodega" as we call it back home. The staff are always kind in my opinion, and I've seen them stand their ground with some of the more challenging of patrons, you get what you give people. A little respect goes a long way! Happy to see they feel the same. I always stop here when I don't feel like going far from home. The owners are very nice people.

I went in to buy 3 soft drinks. The clerk working there screamed at me about not having a mask on. I told her that my doctor told me not to b/c of a medical condition I already have. Her response was something like, "I dunno 'bout 'yo doctor but if you ain't got a mask, we won't serve you!" Therein lies the rub -- my doctor went to medical school and knows my health conditions. She works at a convenience store. She pretty much confessed her ignorance (rightly so) and judged me anyway. I had previously visited dozens of times w/o a mask and w/o any incidents...the other clerks were always nice to me as I was with them. For whatever reason, I got singled out for a loud verbal assault & was shocked at her harsh, aggressive, accusatory tone. So, they discriminate against people with Asthma, COPD, and other DOCUMENTED health conditions and the clerk there needs to be FIRED for her attitude and screaming at and judging people that she knows nothing about. Pretty much the entire block heard her screaming at me...her "engagement" was beyond simply stating their "policy" and I left feeling like I needed my hearing checked for damage, she was so loud and accusatory...not to mention ignorant about MY health and MY needs despite my stating it to her clearly and calmly. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I will NEVER, EVER be back, and in fact I think I may look for an attorney because she just violated the Americans With Disabilities Act, because that's exactly what she did. Simply breathing normally is a struggle for me and a mask causes reduced airflow, exacerbating the condition. The clerk didn't care, didn't understand, or more probably, both.

I went in to purchase a few soft drinks not wearing a mask, and the clerk SCREAMED at me over it. SCREAMED, yes. I calmly replied, "My doctor told me not to wear one." (I have a health condition that wearing a mask is a bad idea -- forget the fact they do no good in the first place) So, she responded with her "medical expertise" that they wouldn't serve me. AVOID THIS HORRIBLE PLACE...unless you like getting SCREAMED AT by clerks who think they know more than your doctor does! ...it also puts them in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Refusing to serve someone b/c they have Asthma? That's sweet, isn't it?

Very poor customer service from the lady owner or manager.. the workers are great and most likely are mistreated and underpaid... I purchased some chicken gizzards for my mother and they were not completely cooked during the changing of shifts. The manager refuse to make it right or refund. Her statement " you are only one customer " .. well you just lost one Tommy
