“What a lovely toy shop! We were passing through the area and had to stop to see their stock of Jellycats. We were pleasantly surprised to find some Needohs as well! There are lots of learning toys, games, sensory toys, crafts, Schleich figurines, and all the things popular with kids right now (like dumplings and butter squishies). There are even things geared towards teens or adults like Spek and Lifelines. Highly recommend you check this place out if you’re in the area! We’ll absolutely stop by again when we are passing through.”
“Pretty good Ollie’s location overall. The store is usually clean, and the employees are generally friendly and helpful.
One thing I would recommend: if you ever have an issue or question, try to speak with one of the female members of management. There’s a petite lady who has always been really nice, helpful, and willing to work with customers.
Unfortunately, I haven’t had the same experience with one of the male managers. He’s a taller, gray-haired gentleman, and his attitude has generally come across as pretty unhelpful. I once had a question about a coupon, and instead of explaining the situation, he simply walked over to the cashier, said, “Don’t take it,” and walked away. I understand that coupons have rules, but I would have appreciated a little more explanation and customer service.
That said, I’ve had plenty of good experiences at this Ollie’s, and I’d still recommend the store overall. Just be aware that your experience may depend on which manager you happen to deal with.”
